My wife and I currently live in Oregon, we're moving out to the D.C area in July. Looking for any suggestions on somewhere nice and convenient to live.

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
