Thinking of moving here...
Are there any recent opinions by current residents at Grosvenor Towers? I was jsut there a few days ago and it seems to be a nice bulding and the rental office staff was helpful. But looking at the prior ratings I am second guessing the possibility of moving here. If someone could please give me some insite into the current state of affairs that would be incredibly helpful. Thanks!

I just moved out of the building in February to move into a house with some friends. The Apartment is generally good. Their a little tow-happy with their visitor parking lot and I got into it with managment on several occasions about fixing problems with my appartment, but I don't think its anything unique to this building. If you can't handle yelling at management occasionally, you shouldn't rent.
Its a nice building with a lot of perks, though maybe a bit more expensive than is justified. If you can afford it, you'll generally like living there, despite the slow maintainance. One note: don't leave messages in the voice mail system or with lower staff, it will almost never get where you need it to go. Expect some hassels with management, but as I said, I think that's true at any apartment.
