I am interested in moving into this development as of 2/09, I have a 15 yrs old and a 1 yr old, both boys. I need to know hows the community now? Moving from NY, and i need to know if there've been any changes. Thank you

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
