I've lived here over a year and have not seen a mouse or roach the entire time I've been here. I live on the first floor, so if these apartments were to have mice especially mine would have them, and I don't. However, I do get spiders and centipedes but I think it's because I'm on the first floor. If you get a garage, expect to see tons of bugs (spiders, etc.) even in winter. On a good note though, the management will spray your apartment at your request for insects, etc. any time so this keeps the insects away about 80% of the time. I even had a spider on my front door yesterday and the maintenance staff personally came out and removed it and sprayed my door as soon as I called the office. Mgt is very helpful! I hope this helps.
