snow removal



I live in Ohio and we have had a very bad winter. I have outside stairs (one set) that ice up badly and cover with snow. I am disabled. What I would like to know is what is the apartment's responsibility in regards to snow and ice removal? The apt. I live in does it eventually, but could be days later. Thank you.
