What is a Maintenace job?



Are they there to yell and harass tenants?(elderly?)(My MOM) Are they there to spray weed killer on the tenants(again My MOM) plants, Because he don't like a weed in them? Shouldnt he have a little bit more to worry about? Than a few weeds in my moms small Yet very important garden? I am still very pissed at this..Yes I would like an answer..And If I had my way Id have something done about it, At least replace the plants that were sprayed and killed.Not to mention the heartache...Elders do not have much to look forward to..I hate to say it..When it comes to my MOM not being able to have a plant/flower...Thats pretty bad.
