It depends on the reason for eviction and local laws. In most non-payment of rent cases, it requires 3 months of non-payment (without court extensions). For lease violations, it generally would take 30 days. The most severe would be for some sort of health hazard or safety issue, where a tenant can be issued as short as 7-day notice if situation is not immediately resolved.

l got the eviction because landlord was not right she moved out of her big house and moved in her garage and was using the power from the house to garage and it was cutting power off in the house for use l ask her to get fist and she did'nt do so.And she haved a rosoter that when me and my family want to leave the house we would have to wait until the bird went to the back of the house, if not it would sit by are door and if we went to the door the bird will run use back inside the house. thats why l have eviction.
