My apartment lease has a clause forbidding the use of candles, can I be evicted for this?

Birthdays and holidays such as Hanukkah involve candles. So, if a jewish person living in an apartment complex with such a lease were practicing thier religion, and lit a Menorah, could they be evicted due to the lease? Or would the leases contraints be considered an unconstitutional prohibition on practicing one's religion?

Eviction due to candle use would be HIGHLY unlikely. How would they know you were even using the candles? I would be cautious though, you agreed to the rules when you signed the lease.
