where there is a better place to rent I am moving here four grad school from th eeast coast and I dont want to get into the same situation with the noise,dog poo,falling in the snow and any strangers wow I am sorry that happened please help.

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
