Is the washer/dryer included in the 2 br/2 ba? And i also wanted to know what if any utilities were included in the rent

There are hookups for the washer & dryer but they are not furnished. The complex does have some for rent ... I believe. There are no utilities included in the rent. The water bill is sub-metered and calculated based on occupancy and sq footage. The water bill also includes trash, sewer and pest control.

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
