I was attacked by a stranger/illegal alien who did NOT live there in 2001 when they supposedly had security.

Is it safer now that Vornado took over and paid the mobster/slumlord who used to own it?

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
