Yes! Fordham Glen IS a safe place for children of all ages. I have a 5yr old and would walk around the path that they have, they have parklike areas, but they don't have a playground. Otherwise the grounds are nice. During the winter, they do a good job shoveling the parking lot & sidewalks. The only problem that I found was EVERY Wednesday in the spring & summer in the EARLY (7-8am) mornings they were cutting the grass. I understand that the groundskeepers have alot of work to do, but my goodness! All of the doors are totally secure, so don't forget your keys. No strange people hanging around, and very quiet at night.
