I've never seen any "gang" activity. There are groups of neighborhood kids that roam around but I've never seen them bother anyone/anything.

I was also concerned after reading some of the posts on online but I've been very pleased. In 18 months I've never seen police around inspecting any break ins to vehicles or apartments.

What about gangs? I read one review about that. Has the break-ins been better since the new management? I appreciate you for responding, this is a big decision for us.

My family and I have not live there in over two years. I have heard that new management had taken over and I'm hopeful that things are truly under control? I would be more careful now, by making sure they have installed better lighting, A LOT of cameras, and security systems. Any group of bored teenagers are a danger when they ring door bells at all hours, throw rocks the size of grapefruits at your door at 1:00 am in the morning. Throw smaller rocks at your windows and pull the screens off your windows. (Do me favor, walk around the first floor doors and count all the dents you see. I bet you will be amazed)
When we lived there, handrails had been torn down, several cars had broken out windows (seems like daily), those groups of (children) refused to move from the street to allow our cars through, they just stood there and looked at you.

I hope and pray things have gotten better, as for myself and my family we could not move out fast enough. We did not feel safe.

YES! there was one last month. A man kicked in the patio door. and just today when me and my husband returned home there were cops at the main building talking to residents. But that isn't unusal around here. seems like the cops are here two to three times a week. Can't WAIT to move out!
