I am looking for an apartment in a building and I need to know if this will affect their decision. I do work and have a co signer with perfect credit who is very well off.

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
