Anyone know of a good apartment complex in San Luis Obispo?

Cannot find much online except for private apartments in homes and such. No traditional apartment complexes for a city with Cal State Poly University and a community college?!?!?!?!?!?!

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
