Any students from Austin, TX going to UT? HELP!

I am looking for either a studio or 1bed/1bath for $520/month or LESS but on the UT bus route!! Those are my top priorities for now. What apartments do you recommend that are not bug infested, grungy, or terrible unsafe? Thanks!!

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
