In February 2009, I'll be living here 3 years. When I first moved in, I saw exactly ONE and I attribute that to a box I moved from my previous home. I don't use the service, but I am pretty sure a monthly pest control service is included in the lease if you want it. Since I haven't really had any problems, I prefer to keep the pest control service away especially if chemicals are involved.

None at all. I have been here for 3 years now. Greatest apartment in arlington. No riff raff, perfectly safe, and friendly neighbors.

Not really, sometimes when a new person moves into a building, it may stir up up something lurking around. Just call the office, they are great; the insect issue will be taken care of ASAP.
