when you move out you will have to pay a huge fine even if you make the place look spotless. i have lived here for 1 1/2 years and it got to the piont where i had to sue them cause they are so bad. they were coming into my apartment for no reason and being a single 20 year old who lives by myself thats kinda scary. and just so you know this company has had so many complaints about them that they no longer except complaints through the BBB and they had to change their name for Triangle to Ardent. i hope you find someplace better to live. there are several other apartments in the same area with the same layout.
