I asked this question bc im lookin for apartments to rent that are close to home and i wanted nice neighbors and to be in a good area.

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
