I see ads for this apartment for rent every week. It is kinda scary for those who enter in an agreement. Do the residents want to move usually after their lease??

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
