I notice that a lot of trees surround Farmingdale Apartments. Anyone have a problem with spiders inside apartment?

Considering moving to Farmingdale but I am terrified of spiders. I can take one here and there but not every day.

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
