because i think something should be done about it they keep saying the city is raising the rates but they arent raising every month i think all of these water line breaks they seem to have is whats causing our water bills to go up

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
