Depends on their criteria, which by Texas law is required in writing.

Before you spend your hard earned money, for a application fee, the law is on your side. criteria, criteria, criteria.

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
