Hi, I was wondering if you could tell me about the 3 bedroom apts...rent wise I mean. Also, how much down and any security deposit...is there a play area for kids? Please contact me and let me know any info you can. Thank you

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
