Interested in renting something for July of 09. Is there COVERED parking for tenants? How about the walls = are they still THIN or has anything been done to fix the problem? What about the trains? Any remedy to that?

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
