Right now, it isn't bad. We are far enough away from the crime infested intersection at I-35. We've had car break-ins in the past but I video taped the last group of thieves breaking into a neighbors truck. They were caught and put away. We haven't had a break-in since.

Other than a couple of bad residents - it's fairly safe around here.
