What is the current rent for 1bed/1bath? Is anything included in rent (cable) And are 9 month leases possible?

I have a summer job every year and would only like to pay for the months I actually live there.

I have no clue, I haven't lived there since March 2006. It was 405 then, I suspect it would be around the same. Also, I know 6 and 12 month leases were available, I'm not sure about other months. Call the management and found out.

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
