If you move here you will be sorry! The management does'nt fix anything till it breaks,is in everyone's business and keeps any deposit you have coming regardless how clean you left it.Children are frowned upon as they are a nusince to the quiet community. The manager is horrible, thinks she is better than anyone.Read the reviews for yourself but DON'T RENT THERE!!T he office gal who takes the apps is just plain wierd for lack of a better description. She doesn't like children either.

This community is not appropriate for a seven year old. There is not a play area, and the only place for kids to play is in the parking lot. There are many places around that are better for kids. Try Heritage Green. Your son, and you will love it. I have lived at both places, and felt at home at one (Heritage) and a hostage by the other (Eight Towncenter).
