I'm moving into a unit withn the next week and just wanted to be sure that what they say they will charge ($799) is what they will charge me. Not $799 per person like some other places that advertise say $599, but in actuallity that's per person.

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
