They are advertising decent deals and I just want to know if there is someone who can give me an up to date review/status of this community. The advertisement states that they are "newly upgraded". Is this community rodent free? Thank you for your assistance!

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
