I am a fresh kid about to be out of Parental control in about 6 months...What do I have to do to live here?

I need to know cause I hate this gosh forsaken house....Its driving me nuts....I need to seriously find a place close, so I can at least finish out my final year of school in the same place..

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
