How much do utilities run for a 2 bedroom? Also, can you get a garage month-to-month, or do you sign a regular lease for that? Also, since they don't want a deposit for move-in, how are they for handling wear and tear or damage to the apartment when you move out?

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
