I speak spanish, I just played along. (user photo) you may not be able to see, but this is where they patched up the wall when the soap dish fell, it's a completely different color than the original tile

Are the apartments exterminated for roaches on a regular basis? And are the apartments on a schedule for externimation?

No they are not exterminated on a regular basis. However, you can ask to be placed on the "extermination list" but to me it is pointless because when they guy sprays its done so fast and if the whole building is not done at the same time the roaches come back. It's like they are immune and invincible. What really needs to happen is they need to tear down the ENTIRE complex and rebuild and remodel. Everything from the foundation to the appliances are extremely outdated. I can only imagine how many roaches and eggs are beneath the surface.

No. You have to put in a request thru the rental office before they come to exterminate.

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
