I read the terrible reviews about Dorado Apts., however, they are dated 2008. Are these apts. as bad as they say today?

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
