Believe it or not, I wasn't. I was really surprised that I got the whole thing back. However, my roommate was moving out and I was moving into a one bedroom, so who knows if that had anything to do with it.

No, but I had to tell them three times that I never received my concession (a $200 gift card, they wanted me to pay it back because I was forced to break lease). Ultimately received everything I should have back.

In regards to "jeep48", again, read the comments before jumping down someone's throat. I didn't claim to work for the corp. office. Why is it that when I actually have something nice to say you are ranting and raving what nots all over the place? What are you so angry about? No surprised though, once again being called a liar when I have in fact, told nothing but the truth. Get your facts straight and quit attacking your residents. I am not attacking you.

We were. They kept our deposit and we had to pay an extra $1500. They claim that the carpet was damaged beyond repair requiring them to replace the ENTIRE apartment's carpet.
