My friend and I are going into an apartment together and we're concerned we won't be able to afford an apartment over 600-700 dollars a month if the utilities are too high.

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
