I can't tell you for a townhouse, but a loft apartment ranges from $100-$150. I do not watch TV, listen to a stereo, rarely use the oven, and have no washer and dryer, so it's mainly lights and air.

wow that lines up with what I was paying in Statesville and my townhoiuse there was thirty years old also so it must be the insulation in the walls or lack thereof. Thanks for the reply and it answered my question. My duaghter and son in law lived there after graduating from Guilford and now I live in Greensboro and was looking for a townhouse instaed of living here in Battleground North-even though this place is brand new and energy efficient it needs a lot of changes-like the parking which truly sucks-more people and not enough spaces very poor planning on their part as far as that goes but my electric bill is very reasonable.
