I'm a resident in a 1 bedroom now. Is there a waiting list for a 2 bedroom with 2 full baths?

I don't know, but I doubt it. The problem is you will probably have to wait until the end of your lease to move. I did the same thing and had to wait until my lease ended to move to a different apartment. Let the staff know in advance what you want to do (at least two months). Maybe they'll work with you.

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
