What kind of lease renewal rent hikes are there at the Crest at Lone Tree?

My lease is up at the end of August 2009 and I'd like to stay but I'm curious as to how much they will increase my rent. Hopefully someone has gotten a notification recently and can help me out. Thanks!

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
