Im considering moving here but decided to read the reviews first. I must say that there are more bad reviews than good, but they were years ago. So, can someone current tell me how they like it now??

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
