We are in a financial bind. I can not find a job, my wife works, I am retired. Due to unemployment we bounced a check to pay rent. We also had not enough to buy food. Is there anyway that we can get some place to live?

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
