Is it adviseable to poll several tenants who are currently living there about the conditions before signing a contract?

The Clarington court apartments seem to have a very poor feedback rating. It seems like the only honest answer would be to speak with your current tenants directly to see what they think of the management and the building.

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
