I'm asking because thats really sad, if you would spend more time making your tenants happy by listening to the comments and working on your self, maybe offering a heart felt apology you would'nt have to deceive people.

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
