Well I am currently living there and about to leave thank goodness. As they in spanish this is the barrio. (Ghetto) They leave just glue traps for the mice. However the mice have been longer there than the office staff. It loud and noisy. Always music going on.. Trash a lot of places. Arrogant staff. Screaming kids regardless of what ours. Not so good if you gotta get up at 5:30 to beat traffic to get to where ever work be for you. The rent is cheap but stay here any longer and they will jack the rent up. They have no respect. Bed bugs... I don't know anything about bed bugs.. Unless, that is what bit my husband?? If your female older guys lean on the fence post and leer at you.. They will tell you they have security but it's just because to make sure no one does any crime. Point be the only reason the cops know that place is because there is something going on;Not in a good way. .I have a friend who is a cop in Montgomery county. The only thing about the place is the location of stores. Oh, if your military they look at you funny.. No respect..Just giving the real deal to you. Sweetie don't do it.. Look somewhere else. I'm not one to bash on things of people. Move here unless misery is your best company of your preferance. Roaches I haven't seen however silverfish I have. Also, If your lease expires they will jack the rent to 1,127.00 month to month and let's say your moving out Next Oct and they will charge you for next months rent. Even if you gave 30 day notice.. Plus they will jack your rent before you pay them your last month.. They are shifty.. Oh also you can't control the heat nor air. Once it is shut off either you burn up or freeze to death.
