well i had a 2 bedroom one bath. you pay not only your normal electric bill but also a community electric bill that covers the cost of the outside lights and things. its not too bad. in the winter i paid 799 for rent and about 65 to 70 dollars for electric in the winter. nothing in the apartment runs on gas so that saves you money. by leaving the heat at about 60 or 65 in the winter you bill isnt too bad. so all together in the winter i paid 799 rent, 50 in community bill (which includes water, sewage, garbage, and the electric for the outdor lights) and then about the 65 in electric. summer bill can run about the same or less depending on whether you just open the windows or turn on the AC.
