On the floorplans it shows a one car garage that opens into the unit, and I wanted to know if a one car garage was standard with all units.

yep, all apts have at least a one car garage. three bedroon units have a 2 car garage.
but, they are small. i have a small compact car and i dont park it in the garage because the door swings out and its very tight... i keep my two motorcycles and trash can and grill in it though, its nice.
