The office hours are really irrelevent. There is one lady that works there and it is pretty much whenever she decides to show up. Then there are times that she is in the back of the office, but has a closed sign on the door so she will not be disturbed. Don't bother going in anyway as she won't help you. All she can say is that you need to call the real management that is not on site.

Their office hours are 9-5 on weekdays only. No weekends. They close for lunch and whenever they feel like it in the afternoon. I've tried to go somedays before 5 and they've been closed. Good luck calling during office hours too. They hardly ever answer and they WON'T call back if you leave a message.
