Would it be terrible not to register pets? I have two cats that I want to bring... am I going to get in trouble?

Um. To be honest I'd register them. All the office needs to know is that they're living in the apartment (and when they come to do inspections I usually have my cats in the bedroom with the door closed). I'm not sure why you don't want to let the office know about your cats. I'd say register them.

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
