I am going to relocate to Kansas, going to school at ESU.

What price for a one bedroom, and what is the deposit that is required?? I am an older gentleman and am moving to be nearer to my teenaged kids who live in Overland Park, Kansas.
I will be retiring from the US Army, so I just need to know what the place is like. I hope you dont have a noise problem.
