I recommend one complex named "Broadstone on Medical" they have fairly resonable prices. I ended up moving there after I met the friendly DEA agent on my tour of Chapel Ridge. I also too skeptical of all the stories on this site and ALMOST made a HORRIBLE decision moving to this complex, it appears to have some great amenities, however I will not allow myself to live amongst scum. The people in thier management office were RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, and admitted in entirety that theier office people have also engaged in such criminal activity such as drug dealing. I would hope when I confronted them about this DEA agent that I met on thier property they would have a reasonable rationalle for this however they simply said "that's a regular occurance around here, you're going to find that in all apartments" I have yet to see or meet federal agents at my complex, infact they have very stringent screening criteria. It appears that this complex will accept anything that walks in off the street as a resident, it also became known to my knowledge that they have ALOT of section 8 (public housing voucher recipients), FEMA(people from Katrina) living there, so PLEASE encourage your brother to look elsewhere.
